• Individuals with experience in similar industries (HVAC, building maintenance, janitorial, construction etc.) that service commercial properties.
• Education or work experience in area of Landscape or Agriculture

• Ability to operate large walk behind and stander mowers effectively, trimmers, and blowers.

• Valid Class E license with clean driving record, CDL preferred

• Must be physically capable to shovel snow by hand outside of truck for long periods of time if necessary. As well as run route for plowing and salting
• Must be able to withstand extended periods of physical labor in extreme cold and winter conditions
• Must be available at any time of night, day or day of the week when a winter event occurs

• 2 years landscape maintenance experience (Shrub pruning, plant care, lawn mowing, lawn renovation)
• 1+ year supervisor experience
• 1+ year irrigation system repairs experience
