5 – Potential Problems Without a Service Plan:
- A broken head damaged by a mower or other machine, if not caught early can cause the whole zone area to malfunction resulting in dead grass or plants.
- A zone valve suck will cause every zone to malfunction. Overwatering one area of your property and under watering everywhere else. (This could cause a high water bill)
- Over watering lawn and landscape areas can kill some plants and shrubs, and could cause excessive weed growth.
- Under watering lawn and landscape areas could cause similar effects as over watering.
- If the controller is not programed properly it could cost you unnecessary dollars in excess water usage.

Platinum “The Best”
This plan is designed for the home owner or business manager who wants an exceptional looking property, and does not have the time, desire, or knowledge to properly check the sprinkler system function. The Platinum package will give you piece of mind protecting a major investment, your lawn and landscape. Platinum service will provide the best watering approach for your lawn, shrubs, and plants with most system checks out of all the packages.
Gold “Better”
This plan is designed for the home owner or business manager who wants an exceptional looking property, and does not have the time, desire, or knowledge to properly check the sprinkler system function. The Gold package will give you piece of mind protecting a major investment, your lawn and landscape. Gold service will provide a good watering approach for your lawn, shrubs, and plants and ensure that your system if functioning properly through the season.

Start Up
Start Up is included in all of our service plans. Following the season’s last freeze, a sprinkler system should be turned back on for the spring season. This project is not recommended as a do-it-yourself project. Direct product knowledge is needed to make sure the system is put back together and running properly. This includes; reactivating the system, inspecting the water tap for leaks, inspecting all shut off and drain valves for proper function, running each zone and inspecting the components for proper function and efficient watering of the landscape and lawn areas. We will inspect the sprinkler heads spray direction, coverage, functionality and that they are set at the proper grade. We will also inspect and mark each zone for possible leaks and check Rain Sensor function. We will identify and estimate any upgrades or changes to your current system configuration we feel necessary to improve the function and efficiency of your system. We will make minor adjustments to the heads, mark any repairs needed and upgrades suggested and program your controller for the appropriate amount of watering for your lawn and landscape areas. Correctly setting the controller will create more efficient lawn watering and money savings.
Season System Checks
Included in our service packages; 1 visit-Silver, 2 visits-Gold, 3 visits-Platinum, you can even create a custom plan with even more system checks for optimal watering. Typically these are scheduled May-September. The system check includes the same steps included and described in the Start Up service description above. Also during each system check the technician will program your controller, changing the run times and start times necessary to accommodate the temperatures and current weather we are receiving throughout the different points in our season. This will save you time and money in the long run. Having multiple system checks in your budget could save you a lot of unnecessary expenses: high water bills from leaks, replacing dead grass, replacing dead shrubs, trees, and plants.
Winterization
Included in our Basic, Silver, Gold, & Platinum service plans and scheduled between September-November. When preparing your home for the cold winter season, you should not ignore preparing your irrigation system. Winterization is not something homeowners should try on their own, since it’s essential to prevent the water in the pipes from freezing, causing pipe expansion and costly damage to the irrigation system. To prevent damage and to help ensure the long life of your irrigation system, our team will prepare your system before cold weather arrives. The process includes fully removing water from the irrigation system prior to the season’s first freeze. We ensure that all necessary water is removed by blowing compressed air through the system. We also prep the system for the freezing temperatures to keep valves, pipes, heads, and other important system components from freezing and breaking. In addition, our team will disassemble the backflow preventer if needed. We suggest performing an end of season system check with the winterization to ensure that your system can be winterized thoroughly, avoiding costly repairs next Spring.
Back Flow Test & Certification
Included in Silver, Gold, & Platinum service plans. Many city governments and building codes require annual testing of backflow devices to ensure the safety and purity of the potable water system. We will send a certified back flow technician to test your back flow and ensure it is functioning properly. We will even take care of the paperwork with the Water Department.
System Repairs & Upgrades (Enrolled in Platinum, Gold, Silver, Basic)
Actively enrolled for any of the service packages below, while we are performing any of the services (Start up, System Check, Winterization) we will automatically make any repairs to the basic components of your sprinkler system (heads, valves, leaks) that can be completed within 1 hour at your property over and above the allotted time for the scheduled maintenance service. Any remaining repairs that exceed the 1st hour, we will estimate the labor and part costs remaining to finish the repairs. The estimate will then have to be approved and rescheduled for completion. We will also estimate any suggested system upgrades or modifications that were identified from inspection of the system during the scheduled maintenance service.
